Week 4 emphasises surrender and release with hip-opening poses and restorative practices that promote deep relaxation. Week 5 integrates your journey with flowing sequences and backbends that open the heart while creating a personal practice for embracing change. This course combines physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to support your journey of transformation.
