Usage Policy The information provided on this site is for educational purposes only. Participate at your own risk. Make sure you exercise in a light area, with enough free space around you. Wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely.


If you feel dizzy, light headed, faint or if you experience any other discomforts, stop exercising immediately and consult a medical doctor. You are responsible for your condition during your workout. Exercise within your limits. Never force or strain. Seek attention and advise as appropriate.


Before any workout you should stretch to warm up and cool down afterwards. Not warming up, cooling down and stretching properly might result in personal injury. You should avoid alcohol and drugs before practice. Also no heavy meals for two hours before workout. Keep yourself hydrated before during and after your yoga practice.


It is not recommended that you attempt any of these poses or yoga excercises without suitable experience and supervision. We offer no medical advice and you should consult a medical practicioner before attempting any excercise and particularly yoga, to ensure that you do not injure yourself. This is particularly important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any existing medical conditions. This site may not be tailored to match your physical and mental health. We accept no liability whatsoever for any damages arising from the use of this website.

Our Privacy Policy: We respects your right to privacy and we comply with our obligations under the UK and European data protection acts. The purpose of our Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting this website. By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such, and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of third party websites.

Website Privacy Policy

​A certain amount of personal data is collected by us before or when you start Coaching or  Yoga with us. All information gathered by LeReste Flow  is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. If you grant permission, data from forms is kept in a secure password protected spreadsheet and only viewed by Sophie Le Reste.
 

What information do we hold? 

  • From Non-Customer Enquiries  – message, name and email address – received via our website or by email - held for up to 2 years, and used to answer query and follow up.

  • From our mailing list – name and email address - populated by people registering on our website, or opting in on an enquiry form.  People completing a health declaration are added to the mailing list so they can be kept in touch with class information, but all mailings have opt out link – indefinitely, but opt out link on each mailing.

  • From Students'Health and registration  - name, contact details and health information – completed via our website or in class - used for class management, and held for at least seven years for insurance purposes.

  • From Attendance registers – data collected in class - used for class management, held for at least five years for Insurance purposes.

  • From notes on classes and sessions - data collected in class - used for class management, and held for at least five years for insurance purposes.

  • Emails – sent from clients and non clientys.  Important messages are saved in our filing system, otherwise emails retained for up to two years.

  • Payment data, excluding card information which we do not receive at any time. Received via accounting and banking systems, and saved for at least seven years for accounting and tax obligations.

  • Website cookies set automatically by our software.  We do not knowingly access these or pass to third parties.

  • Except where required by law, we do not share data with third parties or sell contact lists.

  • Information held by LeResteFlow  is accessed by staff working for LeResteFlow, and contractors working on LeResteFlow’s IT.
     

Your Rights
Your rights Data Protection Law means that you have extensive rights regarding the collection, storage and use of your data.
Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) you have the following rights as an individual regarding your data:
