One of my favourite ways to start the day...

Involves both Yoga and the outdoors.

After being away for work and arriving home close to midnight Monday night, I thought I may not go for my morning walk in the morning and "take it easy".

I teach Yoga first thing in the morning and I ve developed a routine of heading for a walk afterwards before starting work.

And Yesterday was no exception.


🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga, teaching or practicing, recharges me... better than any caffeinated drink

🚶🏻‍♀️ walking in nature gives me clarity (often have the best thinking and strategizing session when on a walk)

🎧 I make time for learning that way. From audiobooks to podcasts (and I loved today's listen of The Diary of a CEO with Steven Bartlett and Simon Sinek)

🤓 I feel energised and ready for the day

I m not suggesting this would be a healthy option for everyone. it just works for me and maybe it will make you curious about your own morning routine
